Healthy Pregnancy Workshop!

We developed this class as a low-key, fun introductory one hour class that is ideal for those in early to mid pregnancy, and/or anyone who isn’t sure if a full length childbirth class suits their needs. We will be covering:

  • nutritional tips to help keep you and your baby well-nourished

  • quick and easy exercises to tone and condition your body for pregnancy and birth

  • the pros and cons of childbirth classes - are they right for everyone?

  • the importance of choosing the right doctor or midwife

This class will be offered monthly in two different formats: a small group, in-person class, and and online (live) zoom class that you can attend from the comfort of your home. We will be posting the 2019 schedule shortly, so check back soon for updates!
