Just found out you’re expecting? Not sure if you’re ready to commit to a 6 or 12 week childbirth class? No worries, it’s fine to just dip your toe in the water! Learn how to stay healthy, comfortable, and low-risk in our monthly Healthy Pregnancy classes. We will be discussing how good nutrition and simple, easy exercises can help you and your baby; the pros and cons of taking a childbirth class; and the importance of choosing the right provider (physician or midwife). You will also have the opportunity to ask questions on anything pregnancy and birth related. This class is hosted by childbirth educator / doula / paramedic Lisa Higuchi in a casual, relaxed atmosphere, either in person or via Zoom from the convenience of your home. You are welcome to attend by yourself, or better yet, bring your partner / spouse or other support person with you!



Our newsletter, which comes out monthly, is chock full of helpful tips and carefully curated resources on the topics of pregnancy, birth, parenting, and family nutrition. When you subscribe, you’ll receive resource guides on comfort measure for your birth, how to choose a childbirth class, and an e-book on pregnancy nutrition. We also send out other items of interest from time to time, such as promotional pricing discounts, special announcements, and invitation-only special events.
